Lowe’s and Home Depot failed me miserably when trying to get new carpet installed quickly. They wasted a whole week of my time with endless store visits and phone calls and sus charges. Lowe’s even measured my house in person and they still screwed everything up. But I visited Carpet Depot in Decatur, met with Suzette, and she directed me to the carpet that was right for me. I came in Friday and she had my carpet stalled Monday. No fuss, great price and they did an easy and flawless installation. Suzette is my new hero. Don’t mind the ick of a pic of their entrance: it’s a warehouse filled with carpet choices. With Suzette inside it suddenly becomes Nordstrom’s.
Without a doubt the best customer service experience from start to finish. My flooring project was not ordinary and I'm most impressed that Suzette clearly listened. With her product knowledge she easily associated my wants and needs. Suzette was on point at each step - concept, design, execution - and it was refreshing. The result was EXCELLENT!! Great friendly knowledgeable folks and a great selection of large carpet remnants. Also some vinyl ("linoleum"). Or they can custom order other flooring for your needs.
