Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came highly recommended from a family member and did not disappoint. I called to get pricing and he reached back out with competitive flat pricing without the normal games. He came to the house personally to measure and was very professional. He took time to explain how to maximize the product across three rooms to save money and get a better product in all rooms. He did not pressure and when we were ready, we called and ordered. Within a week, the carpet was in and looks great. His install team was professional and careful. Scott even reached out the following day to make sure everything went smoothly.
